Overview
What this unit does
Flexible Packaging is the core of the group and the point where every other unit comes together. Artwork from the studio, files from repro, cylinders from the engraving unit, and films from extrusion arrive here to be printed, laminated, and converted into finished pouches, bags, and roll stock.
Rotogravure and flexographic presses print up to 8 colours on any flexible substrate. Laminating lines build multi-layer structures for the barrier each product needs, and converting lines produce stand-up, flat-bottom, four-side-seal, centre-seal, spout, shaped, and handle-bag formats with zippers, valves, tear notches, and hang holes as required.
The unit serves food, beverage, personal care, household, pharmaceutical, and industrial customers across Pakistan and export markets, with the whole chain under one quality system.

Core capabilities
Rotogravure and flexo printing
Up to 8 colours plus special and metallic inks, on PET, BOPP, CPP, PE, kraft, and metallized films.
Lamination
Solvent-based and solvent-less lamination for two- to four-layer structures with the right oxygen and moisture barrier.
Pouch and bag converting
Stand-up, flat-bottom, box, four-side-seal, centre-seal, spout, shaped die-cut, and textile slider pouches, plus handle bags.
Roll stock for FFS lines
Printed and laminated reels specified to your form-fill-seal machine, with registration and slitting to order.
