Overview
What this unit does
The Pre-Press & Repro House takes approved packaging artwork and gets it ready for gravure and flexographic printing. Our team checks every file for colour separation, trapping, profiles, and proofing based on the film, ink, and press being used. The goal is simple: get the artwork right before the cylinders or plates are made.
Our repro, cylinder engraving, and press teams work closely throughout the process. They use actual press data to make decisions about screen rulings, dot gain, and ink limits, helping the final print stay as close as possible to the approved proof.
For customers who print with us regularly, we also keep their brand colour references on file. This makes it easier to maintain consistent colours when the same packaging is printed again, even months later.

Up to 8-colour separations with spot and metallic ink handling, trap and overprint control tuned for flexible substrates.
Press-specific colour management
ICC profiling per substrate, ink set, and press so proofs, cylinders, and production agree.
Contract proofing
Calibrated digital proofs and, where required, press proofs on the actual film for final brand sign-off.
File preflight and archiving
