What this unit does
The Pre-Press & Repro House turns approved artwork into files a gravure or flexo press can reproduce exactly. Every job is colour-separated, trapped, and profiled for the specific film, ink set, and press it will run on, then proofed against agreed targets before a single cylinder or plate is made.
Working in-house means repro talks to the cylinder engravers and press operators every day. Screen rulings, dot gain, and ink-limit decisions are made with real press data rather than generic profiles, so what the client signs off on the proof is what comes off the press.
The unit also holds brand colour libraries for repeat customers, so a re-run six months later matches the last one.
